The design firm of Zettel Group, Building Design Resources, was established by Stephen L. Zettel in 1984. Steve began his architectural career in 1977, working his apprenticeship for a busy architectural firm. In 1983, he secured a position as project coordinator for a large, local builder.

The following year, Steve followed his ambitions to start his own design firm, Building Design Resources. Steve and his staff have been fortunate to work on a broad range of interesting projects in both residential and commercial development.
